Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns submitted without an RMA will not be processed.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at contact email to receive your RMA number and instructions on how to proceed.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Damaged Items:

  • If your item is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect when submitting your return request.

Returns for Refund:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 business days from the delivery date. After this period, only exchanges will be allowed for undamaged and unused items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and processed.

Restocking Fee:

  • A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be charged for the following:
    • Items that are unused and non-defective after inspection.
    • Returns of products where the incorrect item was ordered by the customer.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return.
  • In cases where the wrong item is ordered, the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping costs for the replacement item.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for returns related to DOA, defective, unused, or incorrect items.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted for items that are unused, non-defective, and meet the return eligibility criteria. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with both the return and the new item.
  • If the product is being exchanged due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Physical Damage and Warranty Coverage:

  • Items that have been subjected to physical damage are not covered under our warranty and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
